Kacie Swift

Kacie joined our team in January 2024 as a Client Service Representative (CSR), where she quickly became the heart of our team with her exceptional people skills and love for interacting with both clients and their pets. In addition to her client-facing role, Kacie brings creativity to the table by crafting engaging content for our social media platforms.

A proud Aggie (WHOOP!), Kacie earned her BS in Marine Biology in 2020. Her passion for wildlife led her to work at various sanctuaries, where she cared for a diverse array of animals including wolves, opossums, primates, and birds of prey.

When she’s not at work, Kacie enjoys quiet moments reading and cuddling with her cat, Harper. Her hobbies include crafting, treasure hunting at estate sales, SCUBA diving, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is also a passionate enthusiast of all things Halloween, Disney, and Hello Kitty. Kacie’s enthusiasm and dedication makes her a cherished member of our team.
